Taking pictures is a strange activity ~ a bit like fiddling with your smart phone when you’re out to dinner, photography can get in the way of appreciating the moment.  Trying to take a great picture certainly used to get in the way of my enjoying the day, but that was back in the time of 35mm film and multiple lenses.  Now, with just a tiny LUMIX camera I can snap away without even thinking about it, and photography takes a back seat to genuine fun.

And instead of a camera case I can carry around Marmaduke, my teddy bear.  Jeez, I’ve totally lost the plot!
