Beaches
To go out with the rising sun on an empty beach is to truly embrace your calm solitude.
To find inner peace I like to walk near the sea, either along the beach or on the promenade, (boardwalk).
I find the silently loud noiselessness of the surf pleasant and soothing.
Recently I haven’t been taking my daily walk by the sea. And, when I was in California I had a very bad attitude when I was in Laguna Beach. There has been no serenity in my life of late.
Today, when I took an early morning walk by the sea I found inner peace again. I had good thoughts about my life, my friends, and my family. I had good thoughts about the future, and started to have plans and dreams again.
Whether you walk in woodland, in the mountains, or by the sea to find solace ~ then don’t stop doing it, and don’t allow yourself to be negative when you walk to find your own version of inner peace.
Today, I know that I can move forward in peaceful contentment.

Weird Wyoming
Wyoming; like no place on Earth.
For this well-travelled Englishman, Southern Wyoming has the weirdest landscape I have ever seen. Not only that, one can drive for a hundred miles in total isolation, and everything looks the same for every single mile. I love California, I liked Utah, I’m not yet certain about Wyoming.

It’s Very Nice To Go Traveling.
But it’s so much nicer to travel home.
Carrying a teddy bear from England to the West Coast of the USA isn’t quite as easy as you would think, what with curious Homeland Security sniffer dogs and all….
On the other hand, I know Marmaduke did better than me when it came to exploring the romance and attractiveness of California Girls. Although that wouldn’t be so difficult. I can be so very stuffy, preppy-style, repressed even, some of the time.
On the other hand, poor Marmaduke struggled a bit in the desert ~ what with his fur coat and everything.
