What then is freedom? The power to live as one wishes. ~ Cicero
The most unpardonable sin among the scions of left-liberal America is independence of thought, and all those who have the temerity to disagree should be cancelled, denigrated, and vilified. That’s the message this Englishman has taken away from the post-election outpourings of bile coming from the Champagne Socialists in the US media. Here in England it used to be perfectly possible for gentlemen to have a profound disagreement over another person’s political views without ever stooping to attacking the individual. It seems that most of the disappointed Democrats can’t be that noble of thought. Mayhap we should all take a piece of advice from Voltaire; I may not agree with what you have to say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.
Jack Collier
Republicans have called Dems trash, have been consumed by nasty words and pointing fingers. I’m very glad I changed my party years ago. I could never fit in with those people today-I don’t even want to attend church anymore. I’m glad to embrace differences and open-minded points of view.

I gave up on The Church of England years ago, and nothing has ever happened to make me change my mind.
